Otter Creek Dental Community Partnerships
Quarter 2 2026 Partnership
Otter Creek Dental partnered with United Way Fox Cities to support local communities affected by recent flooding. Through this collaboration, we helped collect and contribute $2,000 to assist those in need and aid in recovery efforts.
2025 Quarter 4 and 2026 Quarter 1 Partnership
Be Amazing, is a nonprofit founded in 2017 to promote kindness, positivity, and community service. They support local projects and school-based clubs focused on respect, integrity, and inclusion. We donated $10 from every new patient to this organization!
2025 Quarter 3 Partnership
For the third quarter of 2025, we partnered with CASA of the Fox Cities! "Committed to preparing volunteers appointed by judges to advocate for children who have faced abuse or neglect. These volunteers maintain regular contact with the children and submit monthly reports to the court, which judges use to make decisions that serve the best interests of the children."
2025 Quarter 1 Partnership
For the first quarter of 2025, we partnered with The Harbor House! "At Harbor House, our work is grounded in a clear sense of purpose and a deep commitment to community. Our mission is to serve all people impacted by domestic violence and advocate for lasting social and policy change."
We were so proud to have donated essentials like clothing, hygiene products, and more!
2024 Quarter 1 Partnership
For the first quarter of 2024, we are partnering with HeadsUp Fox Cities! "HeadsUp is a forward thinking organization that actively supports Transitional Age Youth who have experienced the challenges of the child welfare system. We prioritize their specific needs and obstacles, offering comprehensive assistance and fostering a nurturing environment for their personal development and achievement."
We admire the hard work of this organization in supporting youth who are transitioning into adulthood, likely with little to no familial support. For every new patient during the months of January through March, we will be donating $10 to support their cause!
2023 Quarter 4 Partnership
For the final quarter of the year, we supported the Hortonville Community Food Pantry, located in Dale, WI! For every new patient we saw October - December we donated $10 to the food pantry.
The Hortonville Community Food Pantry serves Hortonville, Dale, Greenville, and the surrounding communities. We are so grateful for this special resource, as they provide weekly support to hundreds of local families!
Quarter 3 Partnership: Small Business Free Dental Day
For our Quarter 3 community partnership, we hosted a Small Business Free Dental Day as well as a patient appreciation event on October 5th, 2023! We were able to provide over $8,000 in free dental care to local small business owners and had many patients come celebrate with us that afternoon!
We were so grateful to give back to our fellow small business owners and we look forward to hosting these events in the future!
2023 Quarter 2 Partnership
Otter Creek Dental supported the mission of Hortonville Elementary School and their vision of creating a new, inclusive playground. With the equipment update, students of all abilities are now able to enjoy their recess! For every new patient from April - June, we donated $10 to this worthy cause!
2023 Quarter 1 Partnership
Otter Creek Dental supported the Hortonville Area School District's hygiene drive for the homeless! We were able to donate $1,860 to the district which their social work team will utilize for students in need!
